Welcome to LOCO BEAR. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.Pre-booking is mandatory: booking your visit in advance helps to alleviate disappointment and inconvenience and ultimately leads to more enjoyable experience for you and the students. Hence, 48 hours booking policy is mandatory to gain access to our attractions.

Payment for your visit can be made in advance or upon arrival and will be calculated on the final number of students in attendance, your order for food and beverage and the number of paying accompanying adults if applicable.

In case of multiple or consecutive visits full payment is expected for each visit on each of the dates confirmed. Credit or a carried over balance is not permitted.

Food and beverages purchased from anywhere other than the facilities designated outlets are not permitted inside. Specially prepared menus are available for school groups.

Orders for food must be received at least 48 hours prior to the date of visit. Any changes to the number of meals requested (greater or fewer), must be advised not less than 24 hours prior to the date of visit. Failure to do so could result in particular menu items being unavailable, or charges being imposed for wasted food.

Advance notification of groups with a significant proportion of children with disabilities or special educational needs is required to ensure the best possible experience.

A school group must arrive, check in, depart and check out as a complete group.

Cancellations and rescheduling: once your booking is confirmed, you are strongly requested to notify us in case of any cancellation or rescheduling plan, 48 hours prior to the date of visit. Failing to do so, the school will be responsible to pay for F&B orders (if any), along with a penalty fee.

Adults accompanying students shall remain with their students at all times during the Visit(s) to the Attractions and shall remain solely responsible and liable for their students and their behavior during the Visit(s). Unaccompanied students shall not be allowed into the Attractions.

Any unruly behavior or misconduct from the students, including and not limited to bullying, pushing, beating other individuals, swearing, causing disruption or damaging any Attractions’ assets shall not be tolerated and such individuals shall be ejected from the premises with immediate effect. The Attractions’ management and staff reserve the right to refuse entry to or ask any individual(s) to leave the premises if they are causing disruption or acting in a way that offends or disturbs other visitors to the Attractions. No monies will be refundable in such case.

All incendiary or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited at all times.

In case of any emergency, proper attention will be applied, which includes but is not limited to contacting the parent of the child using the contact details as provided and taking the child to the nearest hospital upon calling the ambulance services if required. Please note, the Attractions and the Group shall not be held responsible or liable for any expenses incurred in this respect.

All students and teachers and/or other authorized personnel designated by the School(s) are advised to read and observe all signs and notices at the Attractions and shall adhere to the terms and conditions and regulations of the respective Attraction(s) being visited and any instructions given to the School(s) during the Visit(s). All students and teachers and/or other authorized personnel designated by the school are to be respectful and courteous to the Group employees at all times.

Attractions’ prices and/or timings are subject to change. Some exhibits, games and/or areas within the Attractions may be closed due to safety or technical reasons.

All intellectual property rights of the promotional and marketing material produced belong to the Attractions and may not be reproduced or distributed for any purpose whatsoever.

The above terms and conditions may be varied from time to time.

Confirmed school booking dates and sessions are also reserved for multiple schools based upon the facilities H&S standards and capacity. Facility will not be exclusively available for a standard school booking. Exclusivity can be arranged for the specified date and session based on availability.
